Assistance on arrival at Veer Savarkar Airport, Port Blair and transfer to the hotel.. After lunch start the breathtaking trip to the Cellular Jail, a place of pilgrimage for all freedom loving people. One can also view the history of the heroic freedom struggle which is brought alive in a moving Light & Sound Show at the Cellular Jail. Overnight in Port Blair.
We start the day a bit early today as we need to embark for Havelock Island , the ferry depart at around 0830 hours so we have to report an hour early . Take a quick breakfast and head to Havelock Island the total journey time is around 1 and 1/2 hour by sea. Again once to reach in the island meet our escorts who will be standing outside the harbor restricted area with a name tag. Along with them proceed to your respective hotel and then plan you day, probably post lunch for Radhanagar beach. You can enjoy the beach as well as the sun set, which i guess is the best you can see. Overnight stay in Havelock hotel. (Boat transfers are subjected to change as per the availability of tickets and weather conditions).
After an early breakfast we check out from our Hotel in Havelock and proceed towards the Havelock Island Jetty to take the Ferry to Neil Island. After check-in at hotel, proceed for sightseeing of this lush green Island is known for its plantations and tropical forests. Neil Island dwells with lust green surroundings of paddy fields, banana plantations and tropical trees. It occupies an area of 18.9 square kilometres (7.3 Square Miles). The island is located 40 kilometres (25 miles) east of Port Blair, the capital of Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Pristine sandy beaches at Sitapur, Bharatpur and Laxmanpur are some of the best beaches to explore. It is quite a heaven for Bag packer traveller. The breath taking view of sea and the lusting greeneries in the island is really rejuvenating and enjoyable for enthusiastic travelers. Return to hotel. Stay Overnight at Neil Island.
Morning at leisure. Later in the afternoon or as per Ferry timing, we will transfer you to Neil Island Jetty to take the return ferry to Port Blair. Arrive at Port Blair Jetty, you will be met and assisted by our representative. Board the waiting vehicles and drive to your pre booked Hotel. After Check In, relax at the Hotel. Spend the Rest of the day at Leisure. Stay Overnight at Port Blair.
After breakfast start for a full-day excursion to Ross Island from where the British governed the entire Andaman & Nicobar Islands, prior to India’s Independence. There is also a cemetery and a small museum managed by the Indian Navy. This Island is an ideal destination for nature walk amidst sylvan surroundings with deer, peacocks, exotic birds, etc. Next visit to Carbyn’s Cove Beach, one of the most picturesque, 7 kms away from Port Blair town, and to Overnight stay at Port Blair.
This morning transfer to the airport to board your return flight back home. Arrive home with wonderful memories of your holiday with Joy Andaman Travels, which we are sure you will treasure for a lifetime.
